I checked and the price is for CA only and
it’s a promotional price which is still Base + extra $$
It looks $2000+ ????
Maybe $1800+ for just land listing, but then they don’t take photos
And they never show the property, you can do it yourself
or lockbox and let buyers agents do it
The upside is that you get MLS & others listing with
no upfront fees, $$ paid out of escrow
I think we will skip this one for now and focus on Zillow
