Hey, remember that letter that came last week, The one about the planning board hearing? Well it’s Tonight 7:30 at the town hall.
Hey, remember that letter that came last week, The one about the planning board hearing? Well it’s Tonight 7:30 at the town hall.
If I recall that’s the humans up on Annie Moore. They want to build a new house, but don’t have the required frontage.
I emailed Erica and asked if she had more information
townplanner@townofbolton.com
She sent this pdf plan
I tried that pdf from erica on my iphone and it didn’t work
Maybe we should ask Snotty Graze for a better copy
The two links for our plan and pdf work fine
It maybe a little slow to load be patient on mobile devices
I tried to put the pdf in my post instead of the comment
but it did not work any better
It has something to do with the uploaded image, it’s probably not worth fixing
Images that large are best viewed on the computer not your phone
Wait one second,
Why does this Plan say ANR
ANR – Approval Not Required
What about the Backland Special Permit? ยง 250-13E
Is this hearing to approve the especial permit?
It looks like they do need the special permit,
But they do not need approval under the subdivision control law
Take a close look at Their Plan, it has places to fill in
both ANR signatures and reference to the Special Permit
Their Plan has not been recorded yet.
Ours was recorded as PLAN 206 in 1995
at the Middle-Sex South Registry of Deeds
Now I’m confused I thought we lived in Worcester County
I’ll handle this
Please step this way young man and keep quiet
I’ll Escort You to the County Line
Isn’t the Lack of Frontage the same problem we had?
Did we get a backland special permit?
I thought we got a Varaiance?
Yes we got a variance you can see it here.
We have the physical frontage it just isn’t all in Bolton
The dimensional requirement, in this case the frontage for
A buildable lot, is 200ft
A backland lot only needs 50ft
Section 250-13.B. Dimensional Schedule
I stowed away in Farmers truck and then peaked in the town hall window
It was both ANR and Special Permit
Both were rubber stamped… #Snotty Graze Gets It Done.
